Apply to be a Summit Personalized Learning Partner school

Summit Cohort schools have undergone a successful planning process to apply to be a Summit Personalized Learning Partner school in a supported model.

The Summit Cohort Partner school program began in January 2014. Summit Cohort schools have undergone a successful planning process to apply to be a Summit Personalized Learning Partner school in a supported model, where cohort schools are granted access to free intensive summer “basecamp” training, and ongoing first year implementation support with site-based teacher and school leader coaching.

The application planning process establishes the groundwork for needed school and district conversations to ensure implementation success. Coaching initially focuses upon ensuring fidelity to the Summit model in order to yield positive student outcomes and moves to adaptive customization of the model to meet school and district-based needs.
